After a contract is signed and a deposit is received, we will keep in close contact with you to let you know when we will be starting your project. We try to give at least a one week notice of when we will be starting, however sometimes the weather plays a major part and will possibly delay our start date. Sometimes we can actually get there earlier than we anticipated. Regardless of the timeline, we’ll check in with you frequently to keep you updated.

Unfortunately Mother Nature is the boss here. It also depends on the elevations of your yard and surrounding areas. We go over all the variables in advance so you have a general idea what to expect.
For a typical inground or partial inground pool, typically it is about 10-14 days. If it’s a smaller above-ground project it could be as little as two days!
There are obviously a lot of variables, including pool availability, but if the weather cooperates, we can usually get a pool installed in about two weeks.

Typically pool installation in Wisconsin is May-October. But some types of pools will only be installed June through early September.
We will dig as late as the weather allows. We will dig for above-ground pools until the ground gets too wet or the ground contains frost. We won’t dig inground pools early spring because the saturation of the ground often leads to erosion.
We’ve been doing this awhile and keep a close eye on the weather and always make decisions that are in the best interest of the homeowner and will result in the best outcomes for your pool.

If it should rain after we dig the pool site we try to supply the homeowner with a tarp to cover the hole. Then after rain is done we let the homeowner know to pump water off of the tarp and run it down hill of the pool site. Then if it is going to be sunny or at least not rain, pull the tarp off so that the hole can dry. Our installers cannot and will not set up a pool on questionable ground, so it’s important that the ground stays as dry as possible. We can assist in this process, but there may be an additional charge.

We do so much more than that!
We dig all the trenches that are needed for electrical, gas, and plumbing lines. We also do the subsurface concrete under the pools and also the concrete collar around the base of the pool.
Once the pool is installed we come back and install all the lights in conduit and install the lines in the trench and route them back to the area by the light controller. We can also install a drainage system around the pool if needed.
Finally, we back-fill your pool with approved aggregate, and trench and install our lines for electrical and gas. We also will be installing aggregate under where your concrete decking will be poured.
We always clean up the road/driveway as best we can without damaging your blacktop or concrete. We suggest having a landscaper come in after to fix ruts from our equipment after concrete and fencing is complete.

You can but we don’t recommend it. We have seen many people go this route and it ends up taking them a lot longer than they expected, which results in additional fees. And when you extend the timeline, you extend the chance that the weather is not going to cooperate. We’ve seen homeowners get into situations where their projects end up taking months instead of weeks, creating a lot of extra work, additional rental fees and added stress.
